Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for retail products.
- Collaborating with the category managers and store management teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Tracking store sales performance.
- Creating promotional campaigns to improve brand image and reach the intended audience.
- Create and maintain a consolidate retail marketing calendar that tracks the development and execution of all retail marketing projects
- Managing budgets and resource allocation for marketing projects.
- Development of client presentations and internal briefing documents including creative briefs
- Develop content for external communication including but not limited to web & social, direct marketing programs
Requirements:
- Significant experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns over various mediums.
- Strong analytical and interpretational skills.
- Creative mindset.
- Strong understanding of social media channels
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market insights
- Web design, Graphic design, Photoshop, Microsoft Office tools,
- Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing related position.
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
