The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks, and prior experience working in the construction industry. As a Labor Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects and ensuring the smooth operation of the job site.
The Labor Worker with Construction Experience at Ariva Group will be responsible for assisting with various manual labor tasks on construction sites. The role requires a proactive, safety-conscious individual who can work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Physical Labor: Perform a wide range of physical tasks, including loading/unloading materials, digging trenches, operating machinery, and assisting with construction activities as directed.
Construction Support: Provide support to the construction team by following instructions from supervisors, carpenters, and other skilled trades workers to ensure smooth project execution.
Site Maintenance: Keep the construction site clean and organized, including clearing debris, sweeping, and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each day.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment for all workers on the job site.
Tool Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and reporting any malfunctions or damage to the appropriate personnel.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion and problem-solve any issues that arise during construction.
Construction Experience: Utilize prior construction experience to contribute effectively to the completion of tasks, understanding and following construction plans and specifications.
Adaptability: Adapt to changing project requirements and locations, showing flexibility and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
Efficiency: Complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards, ensuring that project deadlines are met, and productivity is maximized.
Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on task progress and raising any concerns or questions promptly.
