Online Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a customer service-oriented professional to join ARIVA Homes as an Online Sales Consultant.
In this role, you'll manage our online sales and marketing efforts, responding to, qualifying, and managing leads and customer inquiries for new homes. Your goal will be to guide prospects through the initial stages of the home buying process and schedule appointments with our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to email, phone inquiries, and online leads from various sources.
Qualify each lead based on their needs and preferences.
Consistently follow up with online prospects to schedule appointments with the Sales Team.
Provide prospects with relevant information and marketing materials.
Develop and execute ongoing email campaigns to engage with leads.
Track and report on lead activity, sales conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Monitor third-party websites and online advertisements for performance.
Research competitors and their online activities to stay ahead in the market.
Manage leads effectively using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Set and schedule appointments for on-site sales consultants, providing them with valuable information for successful meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Experience with sales contact management databases and CRM software.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Interest in photography and design is a plus.
Knowledge in Canva Design tools is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
Some travel may be required for this role.
Home Sales / Real Estate experience is a plus.


Report to the corporate office 5 days per week and be available to work remotely (on call) during the weekend
