Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in accounting to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Monterrey office.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office inventory.
  • Oversee and organize office filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.
  • Collaborate with HR for employee on boarding, off boarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and confidentiality of office resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and budget management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
